A large bathroom consists of a toilet, sink, cabinet and walk in shower. The utility room is an added bonus, for extra storage whilst also housing the washing machine, iron/ironing board and hoover.

The annexe tenant also has use of a large shed on site, housing gym equipment for all tenants to use and store bicycles etc.
