Mr Co-living is a solution for short to long term stays for single men over 30.

We offer quality, flexible housing for men who need something more than just the basic accomodation. We understand that circumstances change so our 6 month tenancy agreements have built in break clauses for your convenience.

Mr Co-living centres each home around a warm communal living and cooking space with private bedrooms and ensuites to retreat to. We keep your finances simple by including all costs in one easy monthly payment.

Our properties hold a maximum of four tenants at any time to ensure a welcoming and friendly environment.

In addition to our primary accommodation is a one bedroom self contained annexe with kitchen/lounge, bathroom and garden area should you require more personal space.

All tenancy inquiries and bookings are handled through our Lettings & Property Management Agent T&B Property Solutions. They ensure deposits are held according to the Housing Act 2004 and the Tenant and Landlord Act 1985 to maximise tenant safety and security.
